Copy of the Executive Order Signed by Laura Kelly ending the “Border War”

It appears to me that the governor is breaking the agreement she signed on behalf of Kansans. Read the Executive Order at the link below. You tell me is she breaking the agreement? She claims it “didn’t include the Chiefs” but it appears to include all businesses to me. I detest a hypocrite or an absence of integrity. That’s what this appears to be.
